He is the nodal point of contact and advisor to several infrastructure, EPC and Consultants for legal and contract related issues. He has immense experience in advising clients in structuring of transactions, Financial Closure, vetting Concession Agreements (MSW, Road, Power, Port and other allied infra projects). He has represented market intermediaries before the Securities Appellate Tribunal & SEBI. He has successfully lead M&A transactions. He has conducted various legal due diligence for asset reconstruction organization with regard to the non-performing assets. Represented various reputed organizations before MERC. He has profound knowledge of real estate and infrastructure transactions and has been instrumental in providing advice/services to clients with respect to joint venture, re-development, property search, negotiating and finalizing commercially and legally viable agreements, procuring approval for development of the land and building from various government agencies, registration of various legal documents before the various government authorities, property search, filing case in property disputes, preparing consent terms, etc. He is well versed in SEZ regulations and customs law and has advised on Export and Import of Goods and has appeared before various authorities like DRI, SEZ, DC, M&P, SIB, etc. for the offences concerning Customs and SEZ Act. He has rendered services and provided opinions on matters pertaining to various provisions of the MMC Act, 1888 and other Acts, such as Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966, D.C. Rules & Regulations, The Bombay Shops Establishment Act, 1948, The Prevention of Food Adulteration Act, 1954, The Maharashtra Urban Areas (Urban Areas) Preservation of Trees Act, 1975, etc. He appears regularly before the Supreme Court of India, the High Court at Bombay, Debt Recovery Tribunal and other lower courts.
