INSOLVENCY AND BANKRUPTCY
We advise insolvency professionals and other stakeholders including financial and operational creditors and corporate debtors in relation to proceedings under the Insolvency and bankruptcy Code, 2016.

LITIGATION & ALTERNATE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
We regularly assist clients on service of process as also enforcement of foreign decrees and arbitral awards in India. Apart from litigating in the Supreme Court of India and various High Courts, National Company Law Tribunals Securities Appellate Tribunal and regulatory authorities, we have extensive experience with ad-hoc as well as institutional arbitrations conducted by bodies such as the ICC, LCIA and SIAC.
